I usually means that there may be a problem with your credit card information, billng or shipping address. The biling address should match exactiy what your bank has on file. All depends when you place your order. If you order in late November or any time in December, it is possible… but IT IS NOT A GUARANTEE! Again, our packages are shipped internationally, and the holidays are really the worst time to do online shopping. During the holiday season, everyone is ordering online. Mail carriers are backed up due to the all the shipping they must do. As a result, shipping and delivery take a lot longer. Consider all of that and consider the fact that you are ordering something that is being shipped to you internationally. It’s going to take a while to get to you. No worries. They are coming. We have a couple of warehouses and many departments. As a result, sometimes, not all the items you ordered are in the same department or the same warehouse. When this happens, your items may not be shipped together and each item will be shipped separately. In the event that this does happen, you will get tracking numbers for all the items your ordered, so please make sure to check your inbox for order updates. As mentioned, it does sometimes take a while for packages to arrive. This can be due to a series of things. However, if your package has not arrived and it’s been over a month, let us know. Sometimes a package can get stuck at a checkpoint for an extended period before it is ready to make its journey to your mailbox or doorstep. Other times, a package will be on its way, but the mail carrier forgot to update the tracking. This does happen sometime as well. If you have waited a little bit over a month for your package, please contact us and we will look into for you and discuss next steps. Coronavirus is spreading so rapidly, many places are shutting down, which means many people are not working. People are getting laid off, and mail carriers are slowing down. THIS CAN AFFECT YOUR ORDER AND DELAY SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES. Also, since the warehouse team is practicing social distancing, it is highly likely that if you order multiple items, they will be shipped in DIFFERENT PACKAGES.
